MYSTERY SHOPPER YAYASAN SAYANGI TUNAS CILIK

 

1.     
Description

Many
stores, banks, restaurants, and other
businesses hire mystery shoppers to observe and measure customer service,
product quality and the general environment of their establishments. In
2016, Yayasan Sayangi Tunas Cilik has
reached more than 5.000 active donors, it

is necessary to evaluate the quality of services that we provide for the donor. So we need to hire mystery shopper to
ensure that start from fundraiser until retention does their objective according to the plan and SOP. So in the future, we can improve our services.

2.     
Objectives of the Vendor

  • Provide a detailed report of process start from sign up donation until becoming a donor
    from three cities: Jakarta, Yogyakarta,
    and Surabaya
  • Provide a detailed report of
    donor journey for first 3 months as a donor.
  • Make a presentation on the findings obtained in the field

 

3.      The Vendor Has Agreed to:

  •  Doing mystery shopper in three cities: Jakarta, Yogyakarta, and Surabaya.
  • Work with fundraising to identify what must be check list on the
    site.
  • Work with fundraising to identify what must be check list for
    donor journey.
  • Develop the reported coordinate
    with fundraising team for final approval.
  • Imitating as an actual donor would be the first duty of a
    mystery shopper. Going to the venue and
    finding a specific donation.
  • Prepare a checklist of the items upon
    which you need to report.
  • Asking questions about
    donation and about a specific program from the fundraiser.
  • Giving a copy of the
    receipt of the donation items.
  • Creating reports to be
    given to Yayasan Sayangi Tunas Cilik.

4.      Deliverables:

     
          Mystery Shopper Deliverables : 

  • F2F Fundraising Process on the site
  • Donor Journey Report
  • Mystery
    shoppers write reports about their shopping experience
  • Slide of presentation for the whole
    process

5.     
Time frame:

First  June 2017- Last August 2017

6.     
The term
of payment:

  •             Payment after the submission of the final report
    of donor journey and the whole process.

10.  
Qualification
& Experiences

 

·        
Have
experience doing mystery shopper for company, financial industries or NGO

·        
Have experience doing mystery shopper more than one city.

·        
Have experience doing mystery shopper more than three years

·        
Can provide services in Jakarta, Yogyakarta,
and Surabaya.

·        
As a mystery shopper, the
vendor team must have good communication skills. This would be the basic
requirement for this job, for it usually deals with people.
