Vacancy Announcement : Project Manager and Project Officer for Micra Indonesia

MICRA Indonesia is a local foundation founded
in 2006 and expand its work over the past nine years
in microfinance throughout Indonesia. MICRA’s mission is to build the
institutional strength and outreach of the Indonesian microfinance sector and
poverty alleviation, by providing a full range of high-quality, best-practice
technical inputs and support to all industry stakeholders, in a sustainable and
demand-driver manner.
 
MICRA Indonesia is currently seeking
Indonesian citizen to fill the post through external candidates:
 
Project Manager ( 2 Person )
Requirements:

• University
Bachelor’s degree
• Minimum 1
year in project implementation for relevant NGO or business
• Experience
in programs on Microfinance and Insurance will be advantage
• Proven
ability to develop and maintain relationships with governments and stakeholders

• Experienced
writing reports in Bahasa Indonesia and English
• Good
communication skills in English: (written and oral)
• Strong
coordination / teamwork skills
• Good
leadership skills
• High degree
of integrity
• Active
communicators
• Excellent
time management skills
 
Project Officer ( 2 Person )
Requirements:

• University
Bachelor’s degree
• Minimum 1
year in project implementation for relevant NGO or business
• Experience
in programs on Microfinance and Insurance will be advantage
• Proven
ability to develop and maintain relationships with local communities
• Good communication
skills in English: (written and oral)
