date : December 15, 2016 Position Summary ResponsibilitiesThis
position’s role is to train and facilitate community leaders, village’
government for corporate community partnership formation. The role will be
carried out by organizetrainings, groups meetings with private sector and
drafting community-lead projectsproposal for private company. The main
objective of the role is to increase village’ capacity identifying share-values
and to build trust in partnership with private sectors. The
overall long term goal of the Project is to increase community’resilience and
women empowering through partnership with private sectors. The role involves a high degree of good
communication skills to encourage community participation in identifying their
village development priorities, in designing innovative community-lead projects
and community-based disaster risk reduction. This position is also responsible
to provide regular report to ADRA Indonesia’ Project Manager and to suggest
creative and innovative approaches to enable the program effectively mobilize
community’s resources and to ensure its sustainability. Qualifications Required·
Appreciative,
be self-motivated and good communication and interpersonal skills in order to
maintain an acceptable working relationship with formal and informal villages’
leader·
Ability
to establish and maintain working relations in a multi-cultural environment
with sensitivity and respect for cultural diversity. ·
Bachelor
degree (S1) in economic or proven experiences in community organizer for at
least 3 years.·
Familiar
with participatory research, village development plan is an advantage to
effectively carry out the required duties·
Ability
to work under pressure at times while maintaining high quality results and team
player in community organizing process. Job DescriptionsThe
CCPO will undertake the project implementation at village level. S/He will
encourage community and village’ leaders to build partnership with private
sectors, facilitate meetings between private sector and community for community’
resilience or other village development agendas. To monitor the new established
steering committee and to ensure good communication with strategic stakeholder. The
CCPO is required to undertake the following tasks:·
Design
monthly planning based on the detailed implementation plan (DIP)·
Organize
meetings, focus groups and company visit with village leaders. ·
Support
the new established steering committee to undergo their partnership formation
plan ·
Assist
village’s teams to draft their community-lead projects proposals and creative
presentation·
Proposing
ways of improvement of Project methodology, strategy and technical matter that
adjusted to local context and resources.·
Preparing
the monthly activity reports and other reports as required to Project Manager. All
