Ashoka ASPIRe Accelerator – Ecosystem Builder
- Support the creation of a vibrant ASPIRe network by fostering engagement, showcasing program progress, and maintaining stakeholder interest.
- Develop and implement a system for recruiting, tracking, and engaging volunteers and supporters for the program.
- Manage day-to-day activities related to the engagement of volunteers (including preparing materials, coordinating calls / events, and handling logistics) ensuring the seamless execution of the Accelerator program, meeting all deliverables, timelines, and quality standards while fostering a collaborative team environment.
- Alumni Engagement & Networking: design and manage post-Accelerator Journey for fellows including follow-up plans and networking events.
- Plan and execute key engagement events such as Fireside chats, Ashoka Huddles, managing all key aspects of logistics, communications, and participant engagement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of events.
- Develop pre-event materials, detailed agendas, and post-event communications to enhance participant experience and program impact.
3. Summit Planning and Execution
- Lead the planning, preparation, and execution of the annual summit, including logistics such as invitations, travel, and accommodation.
- Develop and manage the summit agenda to ensure a high-quality experience for all participants.
- Support the local team on recruitment and communication with Strategic Thought Partners (STPs) and other stakeholders.
- Manage all summit-related communication, including social media and marketing efforts.
- Handle post-summit activities, including financial closing, follow-up communications, and reporting.
4. Partnership Development
Assist in building strategic partnerships through proposal writing, partner management, and aligning resources for program growth.
Required Skills and Experience
- MInimum 8-10yrs experience
- Entrepreneurial background
- Fluent in English.
- Experience in network management / community building.
- Experience building and leading partnerships
- Strong organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience in stakeholder engagement.
- Excellent time management and multitasking skills
- Able to work productively, proactively and independently, on own initiative
- Experience in event planning, logistics management, and/or impact measurement
- Comfortable working in a multi country team from different time zones (some early night calls may be required)

Time Commitment
We are looking for someone to fill this role full-time for a year, with the possibility of renewing it for a longer time.
Remuneration
In accordance with experience and Ashoka Indonesia’s salary framework.
