Writer of Puskesmas Manual (3 people)

BACKGROUND

The Ministry of Health is collaborating with other ministries to transform the primary health care system which aims to bring quality health services closer to the community through the integration of primary health services (Integrasi Layanan Primer) by integrating all existing programs in the Ministry of Health and the program was launched in August 2023. The integration of primary health services itself focuses on three things, namely the life cycle as the focus of service integration, expanding health services through networks to the village and hamlet level, and strengthening monitoring of local areas through monitoring with health situation dashboards per village.

With this approach, there is need to refine the manual book of Puskesmas which last revision was from 1991. USAID Momentum with other partners and subject matter expert aim to support Ministry of Health in the writing of the book.

JUSTIFICATION

The needs to write 5 manual in short times

SCOPE OF SERVICES

1. Supporting MoH team in writing the Puskesmas ILP manual book.
2. Work independently, as well as part of a team, to establish process timeline.
3. Collaborate closely with Momentum PHC teams and MoH to help facilitate the finalization of the book.

EXPECTED OUTCOMES & DELIVERABLES

• 5 manual book of Puskesmas based on ILP (integrated Primary Health Care)

Book 1 : Management of Puskesmas

Book 2 : Maternal Child, Adolescent Health

Book 3: Adult and Geriatric Health

Book 4 : Infectious Disease

Book 5 : Pharmacy, Laboratorium, Health Crisis, Health Promotion

DURATION/TIMELINE

The contract will be conducted over a period of 70 days from April to June 2024 with this following timeline:
