Your Role
As the Business Development & Partnership Lead, you will be primarily responsible for:
- Formulating the strategic vision and establishing the framework for successful partnerships with donors, brands, coalitions, clients and members
- Oversee the project cycle management component of partnership agreements, ensuring efficient implementation
- In collaboration within region teams, work toward achieving annual objectives, aligning Earthworm Foundation’s partnership and business development efforts with the organization’s overall mission and goals including providing support to the Regional Director in liaising with the government counterparts
- Act as the primary representative for EF’s partnerships and business development activities within the Asia Pacific region
- Manage business development and partnership team in the local offices in the Asia Pacific region.
Your Profile
You are dedicated about creating positive impact through strategic leadership in developing organization’s business and partnership. With demonstrated professional experience in fund raising, proposal and report writing, and familiar with output/outcome/impact indicators.
You are passionate for working on issues related to sustainability, resilience, community development and supply chains. A strong communicator and negotiator with the ability to collaborate and managing strong relationships with a variety of stakeholders, including donors, brands, coalitions, clients and members.
You are analytical and well-versed in strategic development, business development, data collection, and database management as a basis for analysis and identify opportunities to expand organization’s reach and impact.
You enjoy managing team and jumping in where your team needs support and ensuring they have the tools they need for success, also aware with their development needs. Able to handle multiple tasks and work autonomously. Advanced computer skills in Microsoft Office and etc is needed to support your daily jobs.
Working conditions:
- Full-time position
- Fixed-term, 1 year contract
- To be based in Jakarta, will frequently travel within the region
- To work in both corporate and field settings
- Expected to work long hours as required, sometimes over weekends for travel duty.
Qualifications:
Education: Master’s / Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
Experience: 10 years minimum
Language(s): Bahasa Indonesia & English
