2. Indicative information

MSH Indonesia is looking to prequalify reputable and qualified companies for the supply and delivery of goods and services for inclusion in our vendor Database. The Pre-qualified vendors who meet all requirements will be invited to participate in subsequent closed tenders and request for quotations processes. MSH hereby invites qualified suppliers/service providers who are interested in working with MSH Indonesia and have the right qualifications and skills to submit an expression of interest.

Applications are hereby invited for the following categories:

Expressions of interest are requested with the following information:

1. Company Profile.
2. Company organogram and staff details (if any).
3. Company information, including vendor’s physical address, full legal name, email address, website and contact person.
4. Company registration certificate that clearly demonstrates legal registration in the category being applied for.
5. Valid tax registration certificate.
6. References from three (3) former or current clients within the past two years.
