Consultant for Class Management Facilitator Citi Microentrepreneur Awards (CMA) Program

BACKGROUND                                                                                                                                     Launched in 2005, the Microentrepreneur
Awards program is a signature initiative of one of Commercial Bank aimed at
raising awareness about the importance of micro-entrepreneurship and
microfinance in supporting the financial inclusion and economic empowerment of
low-income individuals. The awards also aims to highlight the important role
micro-entrepreneurs play and contribute in their local economies; catalyze
innovations among microfinance institutions (MFIs) that will lead to an
increase in their outreach and their micro-entrepreneur portfolios; and to
leverage awareness of policy makers within the government of Indonesia towards
enabling a supportive environment for micro-entrepreneurs through a conducive
set of regulations. The registration for CMA will be closing on 14 of February
2017 and with target of 500 participants.  Later on CMA finalists
consist of 20 microentrepreneurs and 20 representatives of microfinance
institutions will be undergo 4 days boot camp in Jakarta. During the boot camp,
the finalists will be given classes to enrich their capacity by experts and
professionals mixed with coaching session lead by Citi Volunteers. The final
panel review will be conducted at the end of this boot camp period to select
winners of CMA 2016. ObjectivesThe boot camp period is going to be a full 4 days activity
including judging panel session. It requires a dedicate person to stand by in
the boot camp venue to manage in-house duty and class management for 40 finalists
who attend it. The person in charge will be responsible to keep the rundown for
all activities during the boot camp.  SCOPE OF WORK                                                                                                                               Report directly to the
Program Coordinator and collaborate closely with the Communication Officer and
Program Assistant, the consultant’s scope of work includes as the following: Managing Room List:–         
Properly
welcoming all boot camp participants during their arrival.–         
Ensure
all finalists check-in to their reserved room–         
Hand
out welcome package to each participant Food & Beverage:–         
Supervise
and responsible for all meals time (breakfast, coffee break and dinner) during
the boot camp–         
Ensuring
mineral water is available at all times Class Management:–         
Ensure
all classes follows the rundown–         
Act
as the Master of Ceremony (MC)–         
Facilitate
all ice breakings during the classes   SELECTION CRITERIA                                                                                                                         ·        
Minimum
of 5 years on relevant and professional experience including event organizer,
training facilitator and class management;·        
Background
in training and coaching, business practices and competition facilitator;·        
Knowledge
of microfinance and financial inclusion issues is preferred;·        
Proven
extensive experience in producing and/or managing Microentrepreneurship
projects;·        
Multidisciplinary
skills and the ability to communicate effectively;·        
Ability
to work both independently and as part of a team;·        
Have
ability and willingness to work with limited supervision;·        
Experience
working in a multinational environment is preferred;  CONFIDENTIALITY                                                                                                                              All data and
