Who We Are

Kaleka, (kaleka.id) is an Indonesian non-profit research institute established in 2014 with aims to sustainable and equitable production of commodities and use of natural resources by engaging governments, business, and social communities. As we scale up, we are seeking motivated and skilled professionals to join our team and support our mission.

Key of Responsibilities

• Design and produce compelling visual materials for a wide range of communication needs, including but not limited to social media content, infographics, posters, and organizational reports.
• Develop and implement social media content plans, including scheduling and monitoring for Gawi Bapakat’s social media platforms.
• Writing captions, narratives, and light articles in alignment with the organization’s voice and values.
• Supporting communication campaigns and outreach activities of Gawi Bapakat.
• Familiar with coordinating and maintaining communication with printing service providers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Visual Communication Design, Graphic Design, or Communication Studies. Graduates from other fields are welcome to apply.
• Experience in designing communication or marketing materials.
• Proficient in using design tools (such as Canva, Adobe, or similar platforms).
• Have strong and engaging writing skills.
• Familiar with managing social media and content scheduling.
• Detail-oriented, creative, proactive, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively.
• Interest in social, environmental, and community empowerment issues is a strong plus.
