Corporate Development Coordinator

Job Description

We are searching for a talented and professional Corporate Development Coordinator to grow partnerships in the corporate sector as part of the development team. You will work closely with the Head of Development to make the department a sustainable source of funding for Happy Hearts Indonesia and work with the management team to design, execute, monitor and evaluate projects implemented.

You need to be self-motivated, enthusiastic and community-driven to take on this exciting role. This position requires someone equipped with a positive attitude and readiness to be a team player.

Responsibilities

  • Implement HHI’s development plans by initiating contacts with branches and subsidiaries of major corporate donors in Indonesia
  • Analyze donor (new/direct/loyal) requirements to identify funding opportunities and proposal requirements, including partnerships or co-financing (match funding).
  • Identify new leads, develop, overcome any obstacles and successfully convert to projects
  • Nurture and maintain new and old relationships with collaborative partners
  • Work with other departments to assess organization’s needs and priorities
  • Support development dept in marketing specific HHI programs and activities and special events to relevant audiences
  • Commit to the use of Salesforce on a daily basis as the operating system of HHI
  • Accountable in submitting weekly reports and pipeline activities

Job Requirements

  1. Minimum Bachelor’s degree in communication, marketing, business or related fields
  2. Preferred experience 2-3 years within non-profit fundraising or outreach activities
  3. Demonstrated track record in fundraising and program development working with corporate and/or institutional donors
  4. Outstanding written communication and presentation skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia
  5. Ability to work independently and effectively
  6. Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects at a time
  7. Strong experience in preparing reports
  8. Friendly, enthusiastic and positive attitude
  9. Demonstrate commitment to implement HHI principles and values
