Project of Community Treatment and Social Integration for People Who Use Drugs
and People Living with HIV/AIDS which is funded by German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ) through
Caritas Germany has been implemented by Caritas PSE since January 2014. The 1st
phase of the project will run for three years beginning from January 2014 to
December 2016.

The overall objective of
this project is to fulfil the rights
of People Who Use Drugs (PWUD) and living in vulnerable condition and prone to
HIV/AIDS, extreme poverty, social exclusion, etc) within an inclusive

project directly benefits drugs user and those underprivileged who are severely excluded and vulnerable to other diseases

students and family of drugs users both in Medan municipality and regencies in
North Sumatera.
