FAO
Representation office in Indonesia was established in 1979 and have been in
collaboration with government of Indonesia across the food and agricultural
sectors, including in fisheries and forestry.  
 
In the framework of post-disaster livelihood recovery projects
implemented in North Sumatera and East Java, FAO Indonesia would like to invite Expression of Interest from
non-individual consultant team (hereafter referred as Service Provider) including but not limited to local or national civil-society, private sector
organization, academic and/or research organizations (all with legal presence
in Indonesia and those who are entitled to conduct business on Indonesian
Territory) with a demonstrated track record to carry out a Final Project Evaluation.
 
The invited service
providers are expected to possess minimum capabilities as follows:

• Proven
  experience in conducting project evaluation in remote and underdeveloped areas.
• Technical
  capability in fields of disaster risk reduction and post – disaster livelihood
  recovery, specifically in agriculture sector.
• Sufficient
  personnel team to cover several different project areas at the same timeline.
• Capacity
  for self-financing up to or equal with USD 20,000.

 
The Expression of Interest shall contain information on the following:
i) Range of relevant consulting services offered; ii) Qualification and experience of relevant
professionals and technical personnel that will directly participate in the
service; iii) Track record and experience of the firm in similar assignment
including list of major clients served in the past ,and iv) Other relevant
information. 
 
The Expression of Interest shall be submitted on official cover letter and
should be received no later than 30

On the
basis of the above information, FAO Indonesia shall draw up the shortlist of the
selected service providers. Only shortlisted ones will be invited to submit
technical and financial proposals.
 
FAO
Indonesia reserves the right to accept or reject any Expression of Interest,
and to annul the selection process and reject all Expression at any time,
without thereby incurring any liability to the affected service providers.
