Job Description

1. Develop communication and knowledge products and materials (including but not limited to copywriting, lay outing written product, design infographic, and other type of visual product) based on technical contents brief from SNV;
2. In some design, provide character illustration and chart design, with strong proficiency in creating visually engaging and accurate visuals.
3. If needed, made revision or adjustments based on SNV’ feedback;
4. In close coordination with Knowledge Management Officer, ensure the consistency and coherence with SNV, donor and partner visibility guidelines for all products of SNV;
5. In close coordination with Knowledge Management Officer, ensure that materials produced are accessible and suitable, also for vulnerable groups;
6. Design infographic for poster or flyer for project component up to 4 pages
7. Design for farmer’s product packaging for 6 business
8. Design for standing banner for 4 topics
9. Design for horizontal banner for 1 topic
10. Design for presentation slide up to 10 slides for 3 topics
11. Design for goodie bag for 2 times.

Job Requirements

1. University degree in graphic designer or communication or other related field
2. Minimum 2 (two) years of relevant professional experiences, preferably in data visualisation and communication context
3. Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign is an asset
4. Ability to convey concepts in the most effective and visually appealing manner ability to innovate and develop out-of-the-box ideas
5. Ability to originate or edit written content, for public and media use
6. Effective written and oral communication and presentation skills, tailoring language, tone, style and format to match audience
7. Very organized, independent, results driven, structured work style skills
8. Knowledge in water and agri-food issues is an advantage
