BACKGROUND
Indonesian Planned Parenthood Association (IPPA) is a Non Government Organization which is a pioneer of family planning in Indonesia built in 1957. This Organization until today still continue fighting to fulfill the sexual and health reproductive rights for all people, and in particular for vulnerable groups, marginalized and minorities.

We herewith inform that the Indonesian Planned Parenthood Association (IPPA) currently requires 1 (one) employee to fill positions in IPPA Headquarter as: HEAD OF FINANCE

QUALIFICATION:

• Agreed with the visions and mission of IPPA
• Bachelor degree (S1) or master are preferred in accounting, finance or a relevant field
• Ability to produce quality financial management information and analysis
• Ability in financial accounting software skills
• At least 3 year experiences in NGOs or Non Government Organizations
• Good communication skills – verbal and written – English and Indonesian
• Ability to work under pressure
• Have no working relationship with the other party and not as a member of the IPPA Board and other similar institutions
• Proven knowledge of computerized systems and demonstrable experience of working with computerized accounting packages and spreadsheets
• Willingness to work full time and ready placed in all work units of IPPA in Indonesia

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Designing a long-term strategy, medium and short term budgeting IPPA as a basis for financial management, development and mobilization of resources.
2. Implement accounting system controls and reviewing the consolidated financial statements in accordance with the applicable financial standards.
3. Performing an analysis and review of the possibility of financial risks.
4. Ensure that all work units will has implemented the IPPA’s financial systems and procedures properly through periodic training and mentoring.
