Asia provides financial support for local NGOs, is active in networking,
lobbying and exchanging knowledge and expertise. For its Hivos Southeast Asia
seeks qualified Indonesian candidates for the position of:

Title                      :  Consultant for OPEN – Women Economic
Empowerment

Duty Station        :  Jakarta, Indonesia

Duration              :  November 2016

Report to               Program Development Manager OPEN (WE/SRD)

The Consultant support the PDM OPEN (WE/SRD)
in developing the women empowerment program especially the women economic
rights and justice program. The total
number of working days is max 10 (ten) days in November 2016.

The Consultant for OPEN – Women Economic Empowerment will work closely with
OPEN program team.

Roles and responsibilities:

Developing a max 20 pages of strategic paper
about women economic rights and justice in Indonesia and the potential of
social entrepreneurship for women. The paper shall also include the information
but not limited on:

–         
The situation of women economic rights and justice in Indonesia

–         
The list of most influential actors and stakeholders

–         
Clear recommendation on strategic directions to build the future Hivos
women economic rights and justice
