Immediate Vacancy: WWF-ID – Renewable Energy Project Officer (micro hydro)

WWF-Indonesia, an independent national conservation organizations and is part
of a global network of WWF. WWF-ID will start new challenging project namde RIMBA,
and currently seeking for the best candidate to fill the position of: RIMBA
Renewable Energy Project Officer (Micro Hydro) based in
Jambi (Central Sumatera) and report directly to Project Manager
energy development especially for microhydro in RIMBA corridors within the
scope of integrating renewable energy development as part of Green Economic
concept in RIMBA corridors and as part of local government policy, implementing
sustainable microhydro development technically and institutionally in RIMBA
corridors; coordinating with RIMBA Project Leader and WWF RE Specialist especially
to synergize RE deliverables in RIMBA corridors with WWF Climate
and Energy Program targets within WWF Indonesia Strategic Plan 2014 – 2019, be
representative of WWF for renewable energy issues in RIMBA corridors.
Graduate of engineering/environmental science/management, relevant
engineering courses or other relevant courses with preference for advanced
study degree holders ·
3 – 5 years experiences on renewable energy work
especially microhydro
