Job Description

1. Maintain relationship with Habitat Indonesia Influencers.
2. Raise funds from individual donors and build a good rapport.
3. Assist in strategic events, including creating a new project, involve in running the events and create donor report.
4. Sending gifts/greeting cards/photos to high net-worth individuals to maintain good relationships.
5. Assist in finding new pipelines.
6. Conduct and/or coordinate face-to-face visits/ e-meeting, and other activities with donors (such as build, survey, etc.).
7. Write an article for every program lead.
8. To add new Influencer and to maintain relationship with the existing Influencers.
9. Other duties consistent with the overall focus of HFHI as assigned by the supervisor.

Job Requirements

1. 4+ years of front-line experience in B2B account management in client services.
2. Demonstrated track record of successful seminar/workshop/events that involve up to 200 people per event.
3. Ability to build good rapport with clients.
4. Successful experience closing complex million Rupiahs commitments including pledges, campaign and sponsorship.
5. Superior presentation skills, ability to work under pressure.
6. Ability to translate English and Bahasa Indonesia for publication and reporting purposes.
7. Excellent communication skills, including the ability to write and speak clearly and effectively, and to listen, and an unusual capacity to engage, inspire and persuade.
8. A team player that always encourages own team and gives constructive criticism.
9. Ability to communicate with Influencers.
10. Maintain good rapport and relationship with Influencer.
11. Will be advantage for employee to have experience in corporation handling sales and marketing.
