ASPIRe is a global initiative by Ashoka that supports our Fellows, leading social entrepreneurs, to create exponential change by activating agency, leveraging changemaking networks and open-source technology. Our accelerator methodology is grounded in thorough applied research and through the ongoing collaboration with leading Ashoka Fellows, it is constantly being upgraded with new learnings and insights:

ASPIRe taps into Ashoka’s broad network of changemakers across the business, government, and citizen sectors, who become volunteer supporters of our 8 months program to help Ashoka Fellows reflect on key issues and to establish a strategy to move towards lasting systemic change. The process culminates in a Summit where participating Ashoka Fellows gather with highly successful CEOs, entrepreneurs, experts to further refine their strategies, solve key challenges, and open strategic doors.
About the Role 
ASPIRe is looking for a resourceful, bright, creative and highly organized individual with a passion for social entrepreneurship and innovation to join our team. A strong Program Manager who will oversee the overall execution of the Accelerator, ensure a seamless experience for participants, and foster a culture of collaboration, quality implementation and impact.
The accelerator involves various team members working together to make the program a success.  Your role would be to lead this team and ensure strong coordination, efficiency and effectiveness.  Though we have an established process in place, your entrepreneurial prowess and creativity are welcome to continue to improve the program and its impact, both for participating Fellows, as well as the program and Ashoka overall.
Key Responsibilities:  

1. Program Management and Execution

  • Oversee end-to-end program delivery, ensure the seamless execution of the Accelerator program, meeting all deliverables, timelines, and quality standards, while fostering a collaborative team environment.
  • Manage day-to-day operations, including preparing materials, coordinating calls / events, and handling logistics for key events and activities.
  • Coordinate logistics for sessions with guest speakers and manage additional impact-related projects.
  • Conduct feedback sessions with fellows, MAs, and LRPs to identify areas of success and improvement.
  • Lead the relationship with the partner.
2. Fellow Recruitment and Engagement
  • Lead the end-to-end process of fellow selection, including conducting research, engaging local teams, coordinating interviews, and facilitating final selection discussions.
  • Oversee the onboarding of participants, ensuring alignment with program goals, and facilitating communication and relationship-building.

3. Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEL) and Knowledge Management

  • Collect, analyze, and report on feedback to drive continuous program evaluation, improvement and learning.
  • Lead the integration of MEL findings into program design, planning, and reporting.
  • Prepare and deliver regular progress reports and key outcomes to stakeholders.
  • Oversee the creation of case studies and other knowledge-sharing materials to highlight program impact and best practices.
  • Accelerator Learning & Post-Program Support – Plan and conduct feedback calls with fellows, MAs, and LRPs to identify key areas of success and opportunities for improvement in the accelerator program.
Required Skills and Experience
  1. 7-10 yrs experience in program management
  2. Entrepreneurial background
  3. Fluent in English.
  4. Strong organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.  A “role up your sleeve” attitude.
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience in stakeholder engagement.
  6. Highly organised and detail-oriented; Excellent time management and multitasking skills
  7. Able to work productively, proactively and independently, on own initiative
  8. Experience in event planning, logistics management, and/or impact measurement.
  9. Comfortable working in a multi country team from different time zones (some early night calls may be required)

Time Commitment:
We are looking for someone to fill this role full-time for a year, with the possibility of renewing it for a longer time.
Remuneration:
In accordance with experience and Ashoka Indonesia’s salary framework.
