Our strong presence in Indonesia is marked by intensive track record in Renewable Energy sector for the past 8 years. We are currently looking highly qualified candidate to fill in the following position in a 2.5 year project, based in Jakarta:

1.        A long-term national organizational and human capacity development expert

a.       Requirements:

·         University degree in organizational development, economics, management or other related field

·         Very good command of English, strong writing and presentation skills

·         Minimum of 5 years working experience in the area of institutional / organizational development in the public and/or private sector in Indonesia

·         Experience in curriculum development and design of didactical concepts

·         Understands the institutional/organizational set-up of the Indonesian (renewable) energy sector at national and local levels

·         Experience in cooperation with civil society organisations and social workers is an asset

·         Working experience in the energy sector is an asset

·         Working experience with GIZ is an asset

·         Working experience with EBTKE is an asset

b.      Expected  tasks:

·         Create of a platform for exchanging technical expertise among relevant ministries and other actors

·         Identify synergy opportunities among the various electrification programmes

·         Implement an international symposium on off-grid electrification through RE

·         Coordinate Indonesian experts on off-grid electrification through RE in international dialogue

·         Support the creation of handouts that explain existing guidelines and standards

·         Support private sector in developing reliable maintenance and service structures (e.g. for selected pilot regions)

·         Institutionalise expert knowledge on planning, constructing and maintaining facilities for off-grid electrification through RE in cooperation with local training centers

·         Provide training programmes for the consulting sector on preparing complete tender documents for commissions of government authorities
