MAHKOTA – Operations Manager for the Integrated Referral System (IRS)

Cardno is the Managing Contractor of MAHKOTA, an Australian Government initiative, which provides support to help Indonesia better reach and benefit the poorest, and address key binding constraints to growth, competitiveness and rising inequality through ongoing labour market and social protection reforms. The Government of Indonesia is committed to accelerating the pace of poverty reduction and the President of Indonesia has declared that poverty reduction is among the highest development priorities of his administration.The Government of Indonesia, under the leadership of BAPPENAS and the Ministry of Social Affairs, is creating an Integrated Referral and Service System (IRS) with the aim of improving coordination and integration of social protection and anti-poverty programs at the local level.We are currently looking for an Operations Manager for the Integrated Referral System (IRS) Activity to support the Chief Technical Advisor in ensuring that project budget and financial, administration, procurement, and logistics requirements are met in timely and professional manner, in compliance with MAHKOTA and Indonesian Government rules and regulation. S/he will also advising project personnel on operational aspects of the project that linked to implementation of project activities. The key functions are:-  In close coordination with CTA and relevant section at MAHKOTA, ensure provision of timely and adequate operations support to the implementation of activities;
–  Advise project personnel on operations aspect required for effectively implementing activities, as well as identify challenges and feasible solutions; and
