About the job : 
The  Fundraising  Staff will collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement WAFCAI fundraising and communications strategy, particularly acquiring donors and expanding WAFCAI fundings. The Fundraising Executive’s will manage most of WAFCAI fundraising channels, and will cultivate relationships with donors and funding organizations.

• Candidate from Greater Jakarta areas is preferable.
• Permanent or contract (A minimum one year contract; longer is preferred)

Responsibilities & Qualifications
Responsibilities:
* Lead the development and implementation of a strategy to increase WAFCAI income
* Create new opportunities for new donors
* Cultivate relationships with individual donors and contacts at funding organizations
* Write and present reports to Board of Management about progress and outcome program
* Write updates for funding to Board of Management, Board of Trustee and Mothers NPO

Qualifications
* Diploma or bachelor degree is a must
* Candidates below 35 years old are preferred.
* Experience fundraising for Non Profit Organization (NPO) is required
* Excellent writing skills, including writing in diverse styles and for diverse audiences
* Strong Interpersonal and Communication skill
* Passion with People with Disabilities is strongly preferred
* Digital marketing knowledge is strongly preferred
