Operations Director – Kemitraan
VACANCY NOTICE The Partnership for
Governance Reform (Kemitraan) is a
multi-stakeholder organization promoting and advancing governance reform to
achieve fair, democratic and sustainable welfare of the people. It expresses
Indonesian ownership, and offers a platform that brings together the Indonesian
Government, Legislature, Judiciary, Civil Society, Corporate Sector and the
International Community supporting, engaged or investing in Indonesia. Currently Kemitraan has
an immediate vacancy for a high caliber Indonesian to fill the position of:OPERATIONS DIRECTOR Duties and ResponsibilitiesReports to the
Executive Director (ED) and is responsible for the day-to-day operation of the
office. The Operations Director has
overall responsibility for the activities of Kemitraan, in conformity with the following
strategies and priorities: ü Provide leadership and
quality assurance of the management of operationsü
Provide
quality support to maximize resource utilizationü
Support
resource mobilization and services to counterpartsü
Support
planning, budgeting and organizational developmentü
Ensure
internal control and continuity of support services systemü
Supervise
human resources management and development Qualifications Requiredü Demonstrates integrity by modeling Kemitraan’s values and ethical
standardsü
Promotes
the vision, mission and strategic goals of Kemitraan ü Strong leadership
skills with a hands-on management style; receptive to input from others;
respects, empowers and energizes the entire teamü Conceptual, managerial,
interpersonal and social communication skills in dealing with different stakeholders:
government, business, civil society, academic and international ü Displays cultural, gender, religion, race, nationality and age
sensitivity and adaptabilityü Treats all people fairly without favoritismü Masters degree in international
development, public administration, business administration, public policy or
other relevant social scienceü Comprehensive proven
corporate management experience in larger scale operationsü A minimum of 10 years
of relevant professional experience in a governmental, multilateral or civil
society organization in a multi-cultural setting ü Fluency in English,
spoken and written Compensation terms
offered for this post are competitive, and will be commensurate with the skills
and experience of the selected candidate.
Initial appointment is for 1 (one) year (extendable). The successful
candidate will be expected to take up his/her duties as Operations Director in
