Programme Manager

The Programme Manager (PM) oversees the Programming Team, including Programme Officer(s), DME, and Humanitarian Accountability. The PQ Advisor supports the Response Manager and Operations Manager in designing the response strategy and operations plan.
The PM is responsible to manage grant acquisition, assessments, monitoring and humanitarian accountability.

Senior Programme Officer

The Senior Programme Officer will manage the Programming Unit, within the larger Programmes Team. The Senior Programme Officer will be responsible for ensuring that grant acquisition opportunities are identified, funding proposals developed, timely reporting
provided to donor organisations, and programme quality is maintained across all zones/districts of the Response. The Senior Programme Officer will work closely with the Programmes Manager and key stakeholders to ensure the Response assesses needs, analyses
data, designs programmes, and acquires income to address humanitarian needs to the established Response standards. 

Innovations Lab Manager

Provide overall leadership, oversight and management for the Innovation Lab as part of the Nepal Earthquake Response. This position would have a separate working group and processes to find partnerships, trial and prove concept on innovative ideas in the
humanitarian sector. They would focus on finding capacity, new ideas and project managing these to bring about steps forward for the humanitarian sector and the humanitarian response in Nepal. This role would also focus of learning pivoting and flexibility
to ensure we are learning from trial and error at the same time as proving concepts.
