The East Bali Poverty Project (EBPP) is a non-profit organization established in 1998 to help thousands of disadvantaged families in 19 remote East Bali Mountain communities with education, health care, water resources, sanitation, road infrastructure, etc.

We now seek an experienced Partnership and Communication Specialist to fill a senior position at East Bali Poverty Project. You will be expected to use your skills and experience to contribute to decision-making at management level.

Key Responsibilities: 

1. Partnership Development and Donor Engagement: Cultivate relationships with donors, partners, and the community to secure ongoing support for EBPP’s mission. Manage donor relationships, providing updates on projects and identifying opportunities for deeper involvement in EBPP’s initiatives.
2. Grant Writing: Write compelling proposals to secure funding for EBPP’s programs.
3. Content Creation: Craft engaging content for social media, blogs, and newsletters to showcase EBPP’s work and inspire donations.
4. Communication Planning: Plan and execute strategies to reach a wider audience and keep stakeholders informed.
5. Brand Management: Maintain EBPP’s identity across all channels and promote positive media coverage.
6. Capacity Building: Support team members and partners in improving communication skills and knowledge sharing.

Requirements:

• Excellent English communications skills (speaking, writing, presentation & interpersonal)
• Preferably experience in direct donor engagement, PR, communications role or similar with proven track record (portfolio of previous projects)
• Experienced in writing grant applications
• Knowledgeable in tailored and targeted communications and story telling
• Excellent knowledge on social media platforms
• Graphic design and video editing skills are a plus
• Indonesian Nationality, willing to be based in Bali
