Job Descriptions :

• Execute, monitor & evaluate programmes for beneficiaries at SOS Children’s Village, in accordance with SOS Children’s Villages Programme Policy.
• Create character building programmes for beneficiaries at SOS Children’s Village, in accordance with local cultural values and SOS Children’s Villages Programme Policies.
• Make reports on the progress of beneficiaries at SOS Children’s Village.
• Conduct Family Visits
• Ensure the SOS Children’s Village Programme Database (PDB) is running according to the applicable provisions at SOS Children’s Villages Indonesia.
• Build networks with individuals, other organisations/agencies and government for the benefit of SOS Children’s Village programs.
• Provide support to the implementation of SOS Children’s Villages Indonesia Programme Development Department programmes.
• Protect children, youth and adults in accordance with duties and responsibilities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree, Master’s Degree / Post Graduate Degree, any field (Social Welfare)
• Excellent skills and expertise in hr/hrd, financial management skills, basic knowledge in fundraising and marketing, excellent knowledge and skills of pedagogical and psychological, basic comprehension of child, youth and family development, excellent knowledge of national child welfare and child care legislation
• Minimum 3-year experience as educator or in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor)s specializing in Social & Counselling Service or equivalent.
