Pengajar Muda is Indonesia Mengajar’s primary program for bachelor graduates from all over Indonesia. These individuals are chosen through a series of rigorous selection processes and undergo intensive training to empower communities in their assigned areas within a duration of one year.

Job Description

• Involvement in Schools
  Pengajar Muda is actively involved in teaching and learning activities in class and invites teachers and principals to use creative learning methods in academic and extracurricular activities.
• Community Engagement
  Pengajar Muda is actively involved in community activities by encouraging the community to increase their capacity and confidence in managing resources, making decisions, networking, and collaborating with regional education actors.
• Targeted Area Engagement
  Pengajar Muda is actively involved in building, maintaining, and establishing communication and developing sustainable networks between regional education actors.

Job Requirements

1. Indonesian Citizen
2. Graduate of a Bachelor’s Degree (S1)/Diploma IV (D4)/equivalent, as evidenced by a diploma or certificate of completion at the time of the second selection stage
3. Unmarried
4. Maximum age of 30 years at the time of application
