Plan International Indonesia is looking for a dynamic Indonesian
national to fill the position of: Monitoring & Data Management Specialist – Jakarta Based Typical
Responsibilities – Key End Results of Position:Corporate Systems and Data Analysis: Administering
all user access  corporate systems
adequately, He or she
will be a liaison between Plan Indonesia and ARO/IH for SAP. Generate reports for
users and management after analysing data from Plan corporate data base systems
regularly. Monitor and
evaluate effectiveness of the use on Plan corporate data base system Monitoring roles: He or she will be the country focal point in establishing and

responsible to regularly generate data from monitoring system for projects and
management and for reporting purposesCapacity building and
training  Develop the capacity of Plan
staff to use SAP and to utilise other Plan’s system, such as BI Online. Do refresh training on SAP and how to utilise Plan’s system. Provide
technical assistance for trouble shooting of any technical issues for SAP and
provide coaching for staff in handling technical issues. Develop the capacity
of Plan staff in implementing monitoring framework, in particular project-based
monitoring and evaluation staff COMPETENCY REQUIREMENT :Knowledge:  Strong
monitoring background and experience.Strong understanding of SAP, Child Data and BI Online .Strong in data analysis . Minimum Bachelor’s degree and preferably a Master’s
degree related to computer science, mathematic science and or Management
Information System.Good knowledge of relevant software applications (Office, Access or
similar database applications)Skills:  Demonstrate
capacity to work and communicate effectively with others.
Strong skill in data
collection, analysis and presentation . Demonstrate ability to review,
synthesize information and produce quality reports .Strong computer skills using Microsoft Office
(Word, Excel and Power Point and database applications) and internet use .Fluency in English with good writing skills is
preferable Behaviors:  Ability
to work collaboratively in a team environment, as well as independently, especially
distance management environments.Demonstrates
clear respect to all, especially children and women, without discrimination. Acts
as a team player, willing to get the best outcome overall, adjusting own
priorities if necessary. Remains calm and positive under pressure Experience:  Proven
exepertise in database applications  . Minimum
3 year experience in monitoring and evaluation Range salary : IDR 6 300
