Coordinator – Contract Based Typical
Responsibilities – Key End Results of Position: Key Result Area (KRA) 1 – Program
QualityIndicator Success Provide critical technical input into the
program strategy, design and detailed Implementation Plan of  Resilient Island. Develop program
implementation guidelines and tools.  Develop

project proposal & budget. Identified potential partner. Liaison & coordination with partners. Supervise
the field implementation of projects. Monitoring & reporting the
implementation of   project. Report the
progress & status project to Project Manager.Key Result Area (KRA) 2 – LearningIndicator SuccessDocument
learning in program and best practices. Share learning and best practices and
insure that they are incorporated into future work. Assist partner to develop
and review project activities document both program and financial document.Key Result
Area (KRA) 3 – Networking and
AdvocacyIndicator SuccessNetworking
and coordination with others involved in the sector. Support advocacy
activities at district and provincial level. Advocate at national level where
needed.Requirements: Bachelor degree in area of expertise with 3-5 years
experiences. Knowledge and Skill: Good understanding on DRR/CCA/Resilience
concept and practices; strong analytical; planning and evaluating skills; good
command of oral and written communications (Bahasa and English); good negotiation
and facilitation skill; and good computer skill.Attitude: High integrity; loyal; leadership
and participatory; commitment to community development; commitment to area of
expertise; honesty;flexibility.Range Salary : IDR 6 300 000 –
