Job Requirements

1. The scope of work for Procurement of Multicultural Library Building Facilities includes the provision of goods of the following types:- Library book support, covers and othersItems based on operational needs of the Multicultural Library:
   – Electronics & computer accessories
   – Office equipment needs
   – Complementing the Library Interior
   – Cleaning and safety equipment
   – Library Kitchen Needs
   – Library booksGeneral requirements
   a. All goods supplied must meet the quantity and quality in accordance with the specifications set out (in accordance with the TOR or KAK we provided).b. vendors must have a business permit (NIB or SBU) in accordance with the KBLI for Indonesian economic activities that produce products/output, both in the form of goods and services, based on business fields to provide uniform concepts, definitions and classifications of business fields in the development and shifts in economic activities in Indonesia. Adjusted to all specific items requested in the TOR or KAK of this project.
   c. Prospective providers must convey the identity and/or technical data of all goods in the bidding document, which includes:
   1. type of item;
   2. brand of goods;
   3. year of manufacture of goods;
   4. mechanical/electrical data on goods;
   5. size/dimensions of goods
   c. All costs arising/related to goods due to packing, shipping, installation, setting and assistance until all goods are ready to operate/use in the Cibitung District Multicultural Library Building, these costs must be included in the unit price stated on the List of Quantities and Prices in the offer.
