Who We Are

Kaleka, previously known as Inobu, is an Indonesian non-profit research institute established in 2014. Kaleka’s collaborative applied research is intended to inform policy and design innovations that leads to the sustainable and equitable production of commodities and use of natural resources. Key of Responsibilities

• Develops & executes marketing strategies to promote Tanibaik platform.
• Creates content, including blog posts, social media posts & email campaigns.
• Identifies target markets & segments and implements targeted marketing initiatives.
• Leads content marketing initiatives to attract & retain users on the platform.
• Develops content distribution strategies across owned, earned & paid channels to maximize reach & engagement.
• Collaborates with the SEO team to optimize content for search visibility & organic traffic growth.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Communication Extension or relevant fields.
• Preferably 1 – 2 years of experience in marketing, knowledge management & community development related.
• Have an interest in farmers & youth empowerment.
• Proficient in various computer & design software applications such as Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel), Google Workspace, Canva, Figma, etc.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Outstanding organizational skills & great attention to details.
• Commitment to teamwork & collaborative work practices.
• Have excellent communication & interpersonal skills, including experience in cross-cultural environments & international settings.
• Good proficiency in English.
