We
are currently seeking a Program Director.
This position will be based in Jakarta and report directly to our Managing
Director.

QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCES

1. Over 10 years’ managerial
   experience in a professional organization, especially in education and
   community development.
2. Demonstrated experiences in
   leadership and team management.
3. Demonstrated knowledge and
   skills in program designing and proposal development.
4. Demonstrated technical
   expertise in project, budget and resources management.
5. Demonstrated skills in
   developing networks and building organizational reputation.
6. Outstanding written and oral
   communication skills in English.
7. Computer proficiency in general
   office software (i.e. Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Internet).
