Project Administrator
Job Description :
We seek a Project Administrator for P4G (Partnering for Green Growth and the Global Goals) to oversee our project management functions. This role involves developing and implementing project plans, ensuring project compliance, managing project activities, and supporting the foundation’s mission and goals. The ideal candidate should have strong project management skills, strategic thinking abilities, and a deep understanding of the foundation’s objectives.
Duration :
1 (one) year, with possibility of extension.
Responsibilities:

Collect data to regularly and carefully report to the Grant Supervisors and Project Manager of the ongoing progress and activities of the different project actors.

Assist in creating accurate and complete report templates for ease of use and communication.

Assist in monitoring the flow of documents within the company to facilitate grant management and communication between the different partners and collaborators.

Support the Project Manager in distributing and managing the funds of the project.

Support the Project Manager in managing the various key meetings and appointments, particularly by diligently transcribing the minutes and action items.
Job Requirements :

A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Administration, or a related field is typically required.

Professional experience in office or project administration and/or reporting in English is essential as a basis for the role.

Fluency (both written and spoken) in Bahasa Indonesia and English are a must. Proof of English language level might be asked.

Strong communication skills, and striving to work with the highest levels of honesty and clarity at all levels of the project.

Diligent attention to detail and a dedicated work ethic.

Ability to work both independently as well as a team player, so as to push for the best outcome on all ends of the projects.

Be organized and responsive in order to multitask and meet deadlines.

Have a passion and a keen interest in developing and advocating for sustainable materials and projects.

Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and Project management tools (such as Asana or Microsoft Project). Adobe Creative Suite is an asset.
