Overview
KIRE seeks full-time Project Coordinator to conduct Capacity Bullding and Antimicrobial Resistance Surveillance Study for one-year contract duration with possibility of extension.
Job Description
- Designation: Coordinator for microbiology laboratory capacity building and antimicrobial resistance surveillance project
- Place of work: Central Jakarta
- Scope of work and responsibilities:
- Managing and coordinating day-to-day project activities conducted by project officer, laboratory personnel, and procurement team.
- Coordination with hospital personnel to conduct activities in the hospitals which include:
- Administrative requirements (permit extension, procurement document etc).
- Implementation of capacity building/training materials in clinical wards and evaluation and monitoring for the implementation process.
- Data submission for surveillance (see point no 4: Data management.
- Coordinate with project investigator (PI) for project report, extension, and continuation.
- Data management for surveillance:
- Ensure data submission completeness and quality.
- Data cleaning and monitoring.
- Data analysis and visualisation.
- Reporting authority: Principal investigator of the project.
- Term: Contract for 1 year with possible extension.
Job Requirements
- Educational qualifications: Public health epidemiology or Medical doctor degree are preferable.
- Minimum work experience of 2 years and have experience in:
- Surveillance project and surveillance data analysis (preferable); or other research project/data analysis.
- Coordinating with healthcare stakeholder is optional but will be preferable
- Skills :
- Communication, time and project management.
- Data management.
- Data analysis and visualisation (must be proficient with Excel, Statistic software, and data visualisation).
- Proficient in written and spoken English.
- Must be a team player.
