Project Coordinator
Job Overview:
DNetwork seeks a proactive Project Coordinator to manage projects to enhance employment opportunities for people with disability.
This role requires a balance of strategic planning, project execution, and community engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Management: Plan, implement, and evaluate projects; create detailed documentation and ensure all deliverables meet quality standards.
- Communication Strategy: Develop and execute digital communication plans (blog posts, social media updates) to effectively engage stakeholders.
- Database Management: Collect, organise, and maintain project outcomes and participant engagement data.
- Training & Workshops: Design and deliver training sessions for diverse community groups.
- Reporting & Proposal Writing: Draft and submit comprehensive proposals and reports in English and Indonesian.
- Administrative Tasks: Maintain efficient project administration using Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
- Partnership Development: Build and sustain partnerships with stakeholders, including businesses, NGOs, and governmental bodies.
- Outreach & Networking: Represent DNetwork at events and meetings to foster relationships, advocate for inclusivity, and stimulate new collaborations.
Requirements:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Communication, Social Work, or related fields.
Experience:
- 2-3 years of experience in project coordination or running social projects.
- Experience with proposal/report writing.
- Familiarity with facilitating training and workshops.
- Fresh graduates with relevant skills are encouraged to apply.
Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite and Canva.
- Entrepreneurial skills, including leadership, problem-solving, and strategic thinking.
- Strong interpersonal and networking abilities.
- Fluency in English (spoken and written) and Bahasa Indonesia.

- Creative thinker with attention to detail.
- Resilient with solid decision-making capabilities.
- Experience in the disability sector is an advantage.
