• Education/training: University degree (bachelor’s or equivalent; Master’s preferred) in a field
  relevant to the specific expertise area (e.g., Environmental Science, Economics, Public Policy,
  Agriculture, Tourism, Education, Social Sciences).
• Language: All experts with C1-level language proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
• General professional experience: All experts with 3 years of professional experience in
  facilitation, training delivery, workshop moderation, or technical assistance in their respective field of expertise.
• Specific professional experience: All experts demonstrated expertise in one or more green
  economy thematic areas relevant to the identified provincial needs. Experience working with local government officials is highly desirable.
• Regional experience: All experts with 3 years of experience working in Indonesia,
  demonstrating familiarity with regional government structures and development contexts
• Development cooperation (DC) experience: All experts with 1 years of experience in DC
• Preferable based in Bali or East Kalimantan or Riau Islands
