candidate for the position of Remuneration Officer,
Jakarta
 
This position will be based in Jakarta and report to HR
Operation Coordinator. The job holder will be responsible to identify supports needed by WWF-Indonesia
through methods management, standard tools and documents, providing advice and
information, as well as developing the effective and efficient policies related
to remuneration for staffs of WWF-Indonesia in accordance with the processes
and procedures of signed-personnel policies, in order to support the operation
and support the achievement of the organization.

Requirements for This Position are:

– Minimum of Bachelor Degree (S1) from Accounting, Human
Resource Management, or other related field. S2 degree are preferable
– At least 4 year experiences in related field for S1,
while 2 year experiences in related field for S2.
