Job Description

SOBI is looking for regenerative land management expert who has expertise in the following:

1. Regenerative plantation especially for Rubber,, especially for Rubber, Vanilla,  Coffee and Cocoa
2. HCV-HCS Area Assessment
3. Ecosystem service, including Carbon, Biodiversity, and Water
4. Community empowerment and social engagement

Responsibilities:

1. Project Management
   • Develop workplan and timeline for the technical-related outputs
   • Manage resources to ensure that the committed technical-related outputs can be
     delivered in the most efficient and effective ways.
2. Knowledge Management
   • Conduct research and prepare relevant reports.
   • Develop required SOPs, guidelines, presentations, and training materials.
   • Perform capacity building training and conduct sharing sessions to relevant
     stakeholders.
   • Provide progress updates internally and/or externally.

Job Requirements

1. At least 5 years of experience in consultancy work with specific emphasis on:
   1. Regenerative plantation especially for Rubber,, especially for Rubber, Vanilla,  Coffee and Cocoa
   2. HCV-HCS Area Assessment
   3. Ecosystem service, including Carbon, Biodiversity, and Water
   4. Community empowerment and social engagement
2. Minimum education level of a Bachelor’s degree in Agronomy, Forestry, or other related subjects.
3. Familiar with regenerative plantation (e.g., agroforestry) models.
4. Capacity to plan, prioritize, and deliver tasks on time.
5. Ability to research, analyze, and present complex information.
6. Willingness to conduct on-field observations and capability building training (if needed).
7. Strong interpersonal, teamwork, and communication skills.
