Request for
Qualifications for Individual Consultants Millennium Challenge Account – Indonesia
(MCA-Indonesia) is a trustee institution that represents the Government of
Indonesia to implement a five-year (2013-2018) Millennium Challenge
Corporation’s Compact Program, a major pillar of the United States-Indonesia
Comprehensive Partnership and the largest single pledge made by the United
States to Indonesia to date. MCA-Indonesia has three projects under Compact
Program: Green Prosperity, Community-based Health and Nutrition to Reduce
Stunting, and Procurement Modernization.  The Community-based Health and Nutrition to Reduce Stunting
Project provides means to increase demand for tools to reduce stunting which
aims to improve the health sector’s capacity to reduce and prevent low birth
weight, childhood stunting, and malnourishment of children.  To support this project, MCA-Indonesia is seeking consultants, as follows: 

1. National Data Manager        
   (CN-B-024)The consultant will support
   the National Secretariat Team (NST) at the Ministry of Health.        
2. Regional Monitoring &
   Evaluation Data Manager     (CN-B-025)Thetwo (2) consultants will closely
   collaborate with the CHNP consultants
   currently working in different provinces of Indonesia in order to retrieve data
   from Government’s Health Facilities and project activity level.
