REFERENCE

 1.    
Background

Yayasan Sayangi Tunas Cilik – partner of Save the
Children (YSTC-SCI) seeks legal advisors in order to fulfil FRMC (Fundraising,
Marketing and Communication) needs in partnership process with corporations.
The partnerships with corporations are always written (MoU, Partnership
agreement, etc) therefore we need legal counsel to support YSTC, as it’s
required with our counterparts as well.

2.    

Work Objectives

1.    Legal documents drafting,
reviewing, revising & finalizing:

a.   
MoU “Donation Plaftorm” with
Mastercard Indonesia

2.   
Preparation for legal
documents drafting & reviewing

3.   
Providing legal advice
related to the project “Donation Platform”

4.   
Accompany &
representing YSTC during the term with Mastercard Indonesia

of the consultancy

14 July – 14 August 2017

Period of Service is same
with Period of MoU between YSTC x Mastercard Indonesia.

Legal Advisor be able to
estimate the time required to complete the work.

Criteria for selection based on competency and
expertise or core and technical competencies

Registered as a firm

·        
Must be experienced and has extensive knowledge in legal
corporate and litigation

·        
Has
experiences dealing with NGO or social organization

6.    Deliverable

·        
Draft MoU Donation Platform with Mastercard Indonesia
reviewed

7.    Report to

Corporate Fundraising
Senior Manager

8.    Payment

·        
100% when appointed Legal
Advisor gives the Deliverables
