About RWI
The Raoul Wallenberg Institute of Human Rights and Humanitarian Law (RWI) has promoted human rights for 40 years through research, education, and capacity development. Established in Lund, Sweden, in 1984, RWI is an independent academic institution that combines multidisciplinary human rights research with outreach to enhance respect for human rights globally. Position Description
RWI seeks a Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability, and Learning (MEAL) Officer in Jakarta, Indonesia. The position is full-time, starting as soon as possible, with an initial contract until 31 December 2024, extendable based on funding. The MEAL Officer will report to the Country Director and be responsible for developing tools to track programme results, overseeing monitoring activities, and preparing analytical reports. Qualifications

• Master’s degree in law, political science, human rights, development studies, social sciences.
• Minimum of six years of relevant MEAL experience, preferably in human rights and the environment.
• Fluency in English with excellent writing and analytical skills.
• Experience working with Sida or similar international development partners is an asset.
