We are searching for…
Project Assistantr for “Solidifying Religious Freedom in Indonesia”. The Project Assistant (PA) is directly supervised by PO and works closely with entire project team. He/she supports the project team in particular in administrative matters. In addition, PA is assigned to carry out specific mission related tasks. His/her task include in particular:
Your contribution
Project implementation:
· Supports PO in project implementation (activities, outputs)
Administration:
· Scanning/copying of project related documents
· Prepares and updates project related tables and overviews
· Supports and participates in any project events
· Handles e-communication and communicates with local organizations, partners
· Supports the project team in any administrative matters
· Supports data collection and data processing about the target groups and activities
· Writing general staff meeting minutes
· Supports PO in any administrative matters
· Inserts/organizes all necessary inputs into Asia Drive and Financial Portal
· Adheres to the deadlines and provides all necessary documents for reporting
You are…You meet the following qualifications:
- Degree in relevant field (eg. conflict transformation, international development, security studies, media and communications, sociology, political science, or related fields)
- Fresh graduate are welcome
- Knowledge of the conflict dynamics in Indonesia, religious-based conflicts and CVE
- Available to start in September 2017.
