1. Qualifications and Requirements:

• Hold a Bachelor’s degree (S1), Diploma IV (D4), or Diploma III (D3) in fields such as: social sciences, community development, social welfare, environmental science/engineering, economics, business, and management.
• Have experience in organizations related to the environment or community empowerment.
• Willing to reside and stay in the working area with the community for 2-3 weeks in a month.
• Possess qualitative and quantitative field data collection skills/experience.
• Having a driver’s license (SIM) and private vehicle is preferred.
• Have good and effective interpersonal communication skills.
• Have experience working in the field.
• Have the ability to work remotely and coordinate long-distance.
• Organized, highly initiative, creative, and able to adapt in a flexible work environment.
• Willing to follow and sign safeguarding commitments and applicable social norms.
• Indonesian citizen.

2. Roles and Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain relationships with the community and relevant stakeholders.
• Educate the community and relevant stakeholders.
• Actively communicate with government agencies and/or community groups/target beneficiaries.
• Accompany and facilitate the community in forming group initiatives/target beneficiaries.
• Input required data into the project.
• Analyze changes in community behavior.
• Prepare regular activity reports and target achievements.
• Coordinate effectively with the program team.
• Monitor and provide input on program progress.
• Internally manage and supervise volunteers/educators/local facilitators assisting field activities.

3. Work Location and Contract Duration:

• Thousand Islands – Mainland Jakarta – Depok
• Contract duration: 4-6 months (estimated from May to November 2024)
