 JOB VACANCIES (2 Positions)  Position                      : Project/Program Coordinator for ODA Bilateral Cooperation Program      Number of Position : 2(two)Place                           : JakartaStart work                  : Early in March 2016 or as agreedDuration                     : Annual basis/can be extended upon agreement Korea International Cooperation Agency (KOICA) is the official donor agency of the Republic of Korea, under the authority of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Korean Government. The main objective of KOICA is to maximize the effectiveness of Korea’s grant aid programs for developing countries by implementing the government’s grant aid and technical cooperation programs, including for Indonesia. KOICA Indonesia Office was established in 1992. In Indonesia, KOICA Indonesia Office gives the priority to three main areas, which are: (1) Infrastructure and Economic Development, (2) Good Governance and IT Development, and (3) Environment Protection and Transportation Development.  1(One) Project Coordinator for IT and Governance   She/he will be responsible for the preparation, implementation, and evaluation stages of each project. Basic duties for this position are:(1)    Supporting Country Director and/or Deputy Country Director in document and correspondence         Preparation and follow up(2)    Building continuous communication and working closely with multi-stakeholders from Indonesian and         Korean side,(3)    Preparing and making all required administrative documents under Indonesian and Korean Government’s Regulations.(4)    Arranging meetings and ceremonies during preliminary survey, implementation, and evaluation stages,(5)    Making reports after conducting meeting, ceremony, and field survey,(6)    Monitoring progress of all projects on daily basis,(7)    Involving on decision-making process and providing alternative solution for each project, and(8)    Conducting an operational, office support, and administrative function. Qualification: (1)    Bachelor Degree/Master Degree in IT fieldPoints will be added those who has Ph.D Degree(2)    3-4 years working experience in international organization and/or Government Ministries, NGO preferably with grant aid projects(3)    Experience in planning, project implementation, and project monitoring-evaluation(4)    Good interpersonal and communication skills in English and Indonesia (spoken and written skill) is          required.- Points will be added those who can speak/write Korean  Be able to work in a culturally sensitive manner.

    Be able to work independently with minimum supervision to handle multi-tasking jobs and to(6)    Work under pressure(7)    Be able to work fast to meet deadlines and prioritize workload(8)     Have the ability to work in meticulous and detail manner Related Administrative Service and Responsibilities          –       Support meetings and workshops held by KOICA Indonesia technically-           Provide support to Country Director and/or Deputy Country Director in document and correspondence          –       Preparation and follow-ups1 (One) WFK Program Coordinator  WFK (World Friends Korea) Program, operated by Korea International Cooperation Agency (KOICA), is the volunteer dispatch program of the Government of Republic of Korea to Indonesia. Annually, 50 to 100 volunteers and advisors are dispatched to Indonesia for the activities in the field, especially concerning early childhood education, IT training, vocational training, etc. We are now working with ministries and regional government concerned across Java, Sumatera, Kalimantan, Sulawesi.     WFK Volunteer Program Coordinator–           Supporting the communication with ministries and regional government concerned to identify the needs of volunteer dispatch-           Performing or supporting the demand surveys for the identifying the needs of volunteer dispatch across regions –           Coordinating with related ministries and regional government for the approval of dispatch and perform the related administrative tasks on a              timely basis-           Supporting the field training of dispatched volunteers in Indonesia by taking necessary administrative process and communicating with related        stakeholders-           Monitoring the activities of volunteers and regularly checking their safety according to the internal regulation-           Providing administrative support for volunteers when finishing their duty, changing the location of their duty, extension of their duty, etc. (e.g.            visa extension)-           Maintaining the data and documentation related to the volunteer dispatch matters-           Organizing and supporting the evaluation meeting –           Maintaining regular records in case of the official meetings or ceremony-           Providing the regular report to KOICA supervisors about monitoring result on volunteer activities and communications with partner                         organizations
Administrative Service and Responsibilities
–           Visa arrangement, renewal and expiration for dispatched Korean volunteers –           Support meetings and workshops held by KOICA Indonesia technically-           Support English-Indonesian translation or interpretation in case of need-           Perform general office/secretarial duties autonomously  –          Networking and cooperating with relevant line ministries-          Providing the regular report to KOICA supervisors about monitoring result on volunteer activities and communications with partner organizations  Mandatory Qualification
  – Candidates who can start working in KOICA immediately after the final confirmation
  – Bachelor  degree in International Relations, Development, Social Science or related field 
  – 
Two-Three (2-3) year experiences  in related field and/or Government Ministries
  – Willing to develop a good teamwork with the Partnership staff; having a good skill in report writing
 and good skill on the use of ICT  – Excellent communication both in oral and written in Bahasa Indonesia and English and interpersonal skills- Points will be added those who can speak/write Korean  – Excellent administration and organizational skills
  – Flexible, able to multi-task and work well in under pressure
   OthersAdditional tasks can be required in case of internal needs
