Job Description:

-Respond to many phone reports from the public, of animals that need help.
-Provide information and advice to the public.
-Prepare ambulance schedule according to priorities and efficiencies.
-Plan, prioritise, instruct, report and follow-up.
– Efficient data management.
-Regular reports to management.
-Able to work under pressure in a fast moving environment.
-Able to work cooperatively in a team and shift.
-Attention to detail and a focus on the big picture.
-Can multi-task.
-Highly flexible time, including weekend or night phone work and willing to work in shift
-Experienced at managing and coordinating staff.

Requirements:

-At least a Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Master’s Degree / Post Graduate Degree, any field.
-Fluent English and Bahasa Indonesia.
-Excellent English is essential.
-Love for animals and desire to help.
-Prepared for after-hours and weekend work.
-Familiar with MS Office ( Word, Excel, Etc ).
-Experience working with expats / westerners is an advantage
-Advanced management skills.
-Highly organised.
-Great PR skills.
-Willing to work in Ubud – Gianyar.
