Tender Notice

Mercy Corps is a non-religious, non-profit and non-governmental international humanitarian organization.

Mercy Corps is seeking a venue/Hotel for a gathering event Bali on (mention dates), the hotels should have a proven background in this area and meet the qualifications as below.

If you are interested in submitting a bid, you will need to complete an Intent to Form and submit it according to the guidelines below.

• The Hotel is located on Beach and/or beach front in Bali
• Having minimum 40 single room (double/king bed)
• Having minimum one hall with a capacity of 40 people and 3 small meeting rooms with capacity of 10 people in each room.
• Hotel must have Tax Identification Number

If you are interested in submitting a bid, you will need to complete an Intent to Bid Form and submit it according to the guidelines below.

Completed Intent to Bid Forms must be submitted to Mercy Corps by 18 September 2024  to:

[email protected] with the Tender Reference number in the email subject line.

After the closing date of this Tender Notice, the Request for Proposal will be sent to the Hotel who submitted Intent to Bid Forms.
