implementation of UNALA, a Health Services Model for young people in Yogyakarta. A more detailed

Those interested in participating in the planned
selection process should forward their expression of interest, enclosing the
following: 

1. Proposal Document; 
2. Copy of valid registration in the country; 
3. Tax registration number (preferable); 
4. Copy of audited financial statements for the
   past three years (preferable);

Deadline for submission of proposal: 6 June at 10.00 (WIB) hours.
