Nations Economic and Social Council). Gugah Nurani Indonesia provides child
education, community development, health, sanitation, and disaster relief
programs in 17 CDPs (Community Development Project) and serving 12,086
children. Gugah Nurani Indonesia has missions around the world to ensure the
well-being of people in need.

Position Summary Responsible for monitoring and evaluating health
program management and providing relevant knowledge (through consultancy,
knowledge sharing, training) in order to support Operation Department both in
HO and CDP to have seamless operationKey Responsibilities1) Monitor health program proposals and planning in
order to align with overall OD in a timely manner.​2) Monitor the execution of health programs in each
CDP in order to ensure program alignment with initial plan.
3)
​Monitor health program report development to track
progress of program implementation.
4)
Review knowledge and understanding of OD members
(particularly in CDP offices) to identify the knowledge gap regarding children
health, protection and development.
5)
Facilitate learning programs on children health,
protection and development to OD members (particularly in CDP offices) in order
to have proficient knowledge regarding the relevant subject.
6)
Provide technical consultancy and advice to OD
Staff (particularly in CDP offices) in order to provide adequate support in
managing relevant casesQualifications-) S1 / Bachelor’s degree; preferably in Public Health,
Child and Family Studies, Developmental Psychology

​) 2+ years relevant working experiences

-) inimum 1+ years’ experience in NGO
