DAI seeks a Finance and Human Resource Assistant  for a 5-year, $19 million USAID funded “Adaptasi Perubahan Iklim dan Ketangguhan (APIK)” Project. The purpose of APIK is to support the Government of Indonesia to strengthen climate and disaster resilience, working in an integrated manner from the national level down to the community level. APIK will help to mainstream climate change adaptation and disaster risk reduction into national andsubnational governance frameworks, build the capacity of local communities and the private sector to address climate change and weather-related natural hazards, and support the use of information for climate and disaster risk management among key stakeholders.The location for this position is Jakarta, Indonesia.

Finance and Human Resource Assistant will report to Finance Officer

Summary of Primary Duties :


1.       Managing petty cash daily transactions and settlement

2.       Checking and verifying invoice for payment

3.       Checking financial report from Regional offices

4.       Preparing financial voucher for payment

5.       Entering payment transaction into FAS and Citi Direct

6.       Arranging the logistics and handling payments related to project meetings and workshops


          Human Resource:

1.       Advertising  vacant position into mailing list and APIK Website

2.       Shortlisting candidate’s resume

3.       Arranging the interview schedule for the candidates under HR Director’s guidance

4.       Verifying candidate’s documents for recruitment process

5.       Preparing contract and hiring package for new staff

6.       Processing BPJS Ketenagakerjaan and BPJS Kesehatan for staff

7.       Filing personnel documents and record in order and organized way

8.       Entering and updating personnel files into TAMIS

9.       Collecting and checking employee timesheet

10.   Tracking and maintaining employee leave record

Qualifications :– Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
– 2+ years of relevant experience

– Ability to respond effectively to time sensitive demands & inquiries – Proficiency using Microsoft office suite, and other relevant software
– Demonstrated strong problem solving skills

– Excellent organizational skills with a willingness to take initiative and be proactive

– Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks– Excellent communications and personal management skills

– Ability to relate to people at all levels of an organization and of different multi-cultural backgrounds– Extremely well organized and self-directed individual
