Vacancy at the AHA Centre: Human Resources Assistant (temporary)

The ASEAN Coordinating Centre for Humanitarian Assistance on disaster
management (AHA Centre) is an inter-governmental organisation, which aims to
facilitate cooperation and coordination among ASEAN Member States and with the
United Nations and international organisations for disaster management and
emergency response in the ASEAN region. The Centre was established by 10 ASEAN
Member States, namely Brunei Darussalam, Cambodia, Indonesia, Lao PDR,
Malaysia, Myanmar, Philippines, Singapore, Thailand, and Viet Nam on 17
November 2011, through the signing of the Agreement on the Establishment of the
AHA Centre in Bali, Indonesia. The Agreement was signed by ASEAN Foreign
Ministers, witnessed by the ASEAN Heads of State/Government.

 

In view of the current

workload and anticipating the increasing number of staff and consultants to be
recruited by the AHA Centre in the near future, the organisation needs

additional resource to support the Human Resources functions, specifically in
handling a variety of personnel-related administrative duties.

 

The
AHA Centre is seeking for a temporary Human Resources Assistant(hyperlink to the TOR)

 

Reporting
to the Human Resources/Administration Officer of the AHA Centre, the HR
Assistant will be responsible in performing administrative
support functions on the day-to-day HR activities.

 

Position open for Indonesian nationals or ASEAN nationals with permanent
resident status in Indonesia.

 

The above position will be
based at the AHA Centre, Jakarta, Indonesia. The successful candidate will be
