Vacancy Notice: M & E StaffPrincipal Recipient TB ‘Aisyiyah is a Global Fund for AIDS, Tuberculosis Malaria (GF-ATM) Project to fight Tuberculosis disease focused on community-based activities, managed by Aisyiyah Central Board. ‘Aisyiyah is a Moslem Women organization of Muhammadiyah, founded in Indonesia in 1917 with concern for social and religious issues. In New Funding Model-NFM (2016-2017), ‘Aisyiyah has been chosen as Principal Recipient (PR) of Global Fund to carry out a “Community TB-HIV Care Program”to represent the Indonesian Civil Society. Hence ‘Aisyiyah is responsible to coordinate community level activities of Sub-Recipients (SRs) as the representative of Civil Society Organizations (CSO’s) that currently covers 16 provinces (50% of Indonesia’s provinces) and to be expanded in 25 provinces and160 districts in Indonesia.We are currently expanding our Program team looking for suitable candidates as follows:Position: M&E Staff (1 person)Reports to: M&E CoordinatorBased : Jakarta with field travel as necessaryJob SummaryUnder direction and coordination of M&E Coordinator, The M&E Staff is responsible to oversee the data, tight to target those stated in performance framework and data information management. The M&E Staff will work directly with all Unit related in coordination with Its coordinator to ensure that all plans project management need fullfilled. In addition, she/he will provide oversight support to Project process in SR’s to meet all project regulation and requirements done well.Job Descriptions (Main Tasks)The tasks and responsibilities of the M&E Staff are as follows: a. Supports all initiatives M E in project funding GF, including monitoring the quality of the data, track the progress of activities, and contribute to initiatives to increase the capacity of staff at the level of the PR / SR / SSRb. System development :― Support the M E Coordinator in creating the framework and procedures for monitoring and evaluation of activities; in defining and implementing the Performance Framework (PF) including a monitor during the course of the project.― Assist M E Coordinator in proposing strategies for improving the use of data and requests for data for program staff and clarify the information needs of the project.― Support program staff in managing documents and grasp the progress of the program correctly.― Drafting a working tool for data collection including its revision under the supervision of M E Coordinator (e.g logical framework, project tracking performance, indicators, data flow charts, M E manuals)― Support the M E Coordinator in reviewing the performance of existing management information systems to help identify potential modifications or resource.c. Data Management Analys― Monitor the progress of the program and the progress of activities in order to recommend tools’ strategy to improve the performance and results of the program.― Advise how to facilitate data collection and reporting lines of data in the implementation of programs in the field― Identify the strengths and weaknesses of data collection and management system of existing and proposed a solution together with the M E Coordinator.― Conduct regular field visits to ensure the quality of the data collected for the program and verifying the accuracy of data reported.― Analyzing changes and patterns in the data and report performance indicators PP in order to support program staff and / or Coordinator M E― Supports Coordinator M E to make sure that the data request to the Global Fund, partners, and PM / APR are accurate and delivered on time.d. Support participate on evaluation of program activities― Helping M E Coordinator and Project Manager in preparing the report faded to ensure high quality and can be reported to the TWG / GF in a timely manner― Build Development Program / Project Management in making logical framework, M E work plan and targets for the manufacture of GF project proposals, as well as the preparation of the entire implementation of the project.e. Analyzing monthly report to the Coordinator of the M E to identify the causes of potential bottlenecks in project implementation and to improve the quality of reportingf. Maintain, prevent and avoid conflicts of interest through the procedures set forth in the Guidelines for the Implementation Program (PPP), according to the scope of their responsibilitiesBasic Requirements:Education Experience:Minimum Bachelor degree in all field with minimum 3 year experiences in public health or relevant/similar task or position, master degree in public health will be advantage.Good command in written English and fluent in Bahasa IndonesiaGood computer skills (MS word, Excel, power point, STATT, SPSS) is an essentialHaving experience of working with NGO/INGO/FBO/CBO is an advantage.We offer competitive remuneration based on qualification and experience.
